"Mind Your Budget", "Budget", "Mind Your Business" and "MyourB" are trade names used by the owner, not registered companies.

Budget is a free web application for personal finances: a budget of what repeats, a month-by-month forecast of each account's balance, tracking of loans, savings and investments, and loading data from spreadsheets or bank statements. It does not connect to any bank: the user enters the data.

One of Budget's aims is to promote financial literacy: for people to understand how their money evolves and to take control of that evolution. That is why every figure explains what it is and where it comes from.

Budget is not financial advice. Its calculations (projections, cushion, financial freedom, the 50/30/20 rule, amortisation schedules) are guidance tools built on the data the user enters; the decisions taken with them are the user's own.

Use is free and requires creating an account with a verified email address. Users agree to enter their own or their household's data, to keep their password secret and not to use the application to damage it, overload it or access other users' data.

The owner may disable an account that breaches these terms or suspend the service for maintenance. Should the service be discontinued, reasonable notice would be given and users could export all their data first (see "My account").

The design, texts, documentation and code of the application belong to the owner. The data users enter is theirs: they can take it with them at any time (full export) and delete it along with everything else.

The owner endeavours to keep the application working correctly and its calculations accurate, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or permanent availability. The amounts and forecasts the application shows depend on the data the user enters; they should be checked against the bank, which is exactly what the monthly close proposes.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts under the applicable regulations, without prejudice to the rights users hold as consumers.
